Battery Zone UAE

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 19 August 2026.

These terms govern the services Battery Zone UAE provides and your use of this website. They take effect when you book with us, whether by phone, by WhatsApp, or online.

Nothing here reduces the rights UAE law gives you as a consumer. Under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, any term that tries to relieve a supplier of its obligations to a consumer is void, and we have drafted these terms accordingly.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

Your contract is with Battery Zone UAE, a mobile automotive assistance business operating from Zaa'beel Second, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Battery Zone UAE, and "you" means the person booking the work or the owner of the vehicle it is carried out on.

2. What We Do

We attend vehicles at the roadside, at homes and at workplaces, and carry out the work described on the relevant service page. Our technicians test before they replace: if a fault turns out to lie with the alternator, the starter or the wiring rather than the part you called about, we will tell you so rather than sell you something you do not need.

Some faults cannot be resolved at the roadside. Where that is the case we will say so, and where recovery is the right answer we will arrange it rather than attempt an unsafe repair.

3. Booking and Arrival Times

When you book we confirm the work and the price before a technician is dispatched. Arrival estimates are given in good faith on the basis of the technician nearest to you, and our published average is a typical figure rather than a guarantee. Traffic, weather, access restrictions at a building or community, and demand during peak periods all affect arrival.

If we are going to be materially later than the estimate we gave, we will tell you, and you are free to cancel at that point at no charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams and confirmed before work begins. The price we quote for a supply-and-fit job includes delivery to your location, fitting, and the warranty on the part.

  • We do not charge a call-out fee for diagnosis on a job we go on to carry out
  • If additional work is found to be necessary, we stop and quote it before proceeding
  • Payment falls due on completion, and we accept cash, card and the online methods listed at the time of booking
  • A VAT invoice is issued for every job on request

5. Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge at any point before a technician is dispatched. Once a technician has travelled to you, a call-out charge may apply if the job is then cancelled for a reason unconnected with our performance. Where we cancel, or where we cannot complete the work, you pay nothing.

6. Warranty

Parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is 12, 18 or 24 months depending on the brand and model, with one replacement within that period. Terms and conditions apply and are confirmed on your invoice.

Separately from the manufacturer's warranty on the part, Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 requires that our workmanship is free from defects for a period proportionate to the nature of the service. If it is not, you are entitled to have the service performed again properly, or to a refund of the amount paid or an appropriate part of it.

A warranty claim needs your invoice or the job record, so keep it. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised work by a third party, an underlying electrical fault you were advised to repair, or continued use of a part after a fault was reported.

7. Your Responsibilities

So that the work can be done safely and correctly, you agree to:

  • Give an accurate location and accurate vehicle details
  • Have the authority to instruct work on the vehicle, or the owner's permission
  • Tell us about known faults, aftermarket electrical work or anything unusual about the vehicle
  • Provide safe access, and where the vehicle is in a basement, a tower car park or a gated community, arrange any permission the technician needs to enter
  • Remove valuables, and be present or contactable while the work is carried out

8. Safety and the Environment

Our technicians may decline to work where a location is unsafe, for example a live traffic lane, and will move the vehicle or arrange recovery instead. Old batteries are hazardous waste: we remove them at no charge and dispose of them through licensed recycling facilities in line with UAE environmental requirements.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage we cause by failing to carry out the work with reasonable skill and care, and our insurance covers work carried out by our technicians.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, for the consequences of a fault you were advised to repair and chose not to, for loss of stored settings or data in a vehicle's onboard systems where that is an unavoidable consequence of disconnecting a power source, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Except where UAE law provides otherwise, our liability for any single job is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any liability that UAE law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Complaints and How to Escalate

If something is wrong, tell us first through our contact page. Most issues are resolved on the same day, and we would rather return and put a job right than have you left with it.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you are entitled to escalate. Consumer complaints in Dubai are handled by the Department of Economy and Tourism through consumerrights.gov.ae, and at federal level by the Ministry of Economy. We will cooperate fully with either.

11. This Website

The text, photographs, layout and code on this site belong to Battery Zone UAE, except for manufacturer logos and product images, which remain the property of their owners and appear here to identify the brands we stock. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish them commercially or present them as your own.

Guides and specifications on this site are general information. Vehicle requirements vary, and nothing here replaces a technician confirming the correct specification for your vehicle.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We are not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by something beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, civil or government action, utility or network failure, or supply shortages affecting a particular part. Where that happens we will tell you and agree a new time, or cancel and refund anything already paid.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your right to bring a consumer complaint to the competent UAE authority.

If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We update these terms as the business and the law change, and the date at the top of the page shows when. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when you booked.
