About us
Most complaints about roadside work come down to three things: a price that changed, a part that was not needed, or nobody to go back to afterwards. These are the rules we run by so none of those happen, and they hold whichever technician reaches you.
How we work, and what we commit to
- We test before we replace. If the fault is the alternator, the starter or the wiring, we tell you, even when the battery would have been the easier sale.
- The price is agreed before work starts, in Dirhams, and it includes delivery to your location, fitting and the warranty. If we find more work is needed, we stop and quote it rather than add it to the bill.
- No call-out fee for diagnosis on a job we go on to carry out, and nothing to pay if we cannot complete the work.
- Every job leaves a record: an invoice on request, and the warranty on what was fitted, which is 12, 18 or 24 months depending on the brand and model.
- If something is wrong, you have somewhere to go. We would rather return and put it right, and UAE consumer law gives you recourse beyond us if we do not.
- Old batteries leave with us at no charge and go to licensed recycling, not into a skip.
