Battery Zone UAE publishes guides, specifications and comparisons to help drivers in the UAE make sense of what their vehicle needs. This page explains what that material is for, and what it is not.
It is a disclaimer about published information. It does not limit the warranty on work we carry out, and it does not affect your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Those are dealt with in our terms and conditions.
Articles on this site describe what is usually true. Vehicles vary by model year, trim, market of origin and the electrical work previously done to them, and two cars wearing the same badge can take different specifications.
Treat what you read here as background, not as a specification for your vehicle. The only reliable confirmation is a technician checking the vehicle in front of them, which is exactly what ours do before fitting anything.
We take care to get this material right and we correct it when we find it wrong. Even so, manufacturer specifications change, ranges are revised, and an article accurate when written can date. We do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or current at the moment you read it.
If you spot something that looks wrong, tell us through our contact page. We would rather fix it than leave it.
Any price shown on this site is indicative. Prices depend on the specification your vehicle takes, the brand you choose and current stock, and they change. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed before work begins, and we confirm it before a technician is dispatched rather than after the job.
Stock and coverage also vary. A brand described here may not be available for every vehicle at every moment.
Arrival figures quoted on this site are typical, measured across ordinary jobs. They are not a contractual guarantee. Traffic, weather, access restrictions and demand at peak times all affect how quickly a technician reaches you. We tell you if we are running late.
Some of our guides describe checks a driver can safely make. Vehicle electrical systems store significant energy, batteries contain corrosive acid and can vent flammable gas, and a modern vehicle's electronics can be damaged by an incorrect connection.
If you choose to carry out work on your own vehicle, you do so at your own risk. Nothing on this site is an instruction to attempt something you are not equipped or trained for, and no article here replaces a qualified technician. If you are unsure, stop and call someone.
Reviews and ratings shown on this site reflect the experience of the customers who left them. They describe individual jobs and are not a promise that every job will go the same way. Aggregate ratings move over time as new reviews arrive.
