Mercedes-AMG A35 by Generation
Unusually for a Mercedes, there is only one answer here. The A35 has only ever been built on one platform, so the year matters far less than it does elsewhere in the range.
The only A35 there has ever been. M260 2.0 turbo, 4MATIC as standard, AMG damping and drive modes. If you own an A35, this is your car, which removes most of the guesswork from ordering the right battery.

The A35 Drains While It Sleeps
Every modern Mercedes draws current when parked. The A35 draws more than most small cars, because the things that make it an AMG are electrical: adaptive dampers with their own control unit, an electronically managed 4MATIC rear axle, drive-mode hardware, and a sensor count well beyond a standard A-Class.
None of that is a fault. It is simply what the car is. But it means an A35 left standing for two or three weeks, which is common enough in Dubai over the summer, can go from healthy to unwilling without anything being wrong.
